Do you charge a fee to help buyers find a home?
No way! Commissions for buyers' agents are paid for by the home seller as part of their listing contract with their own agent, paid out from the proceeds of the sale after possession date. At no cost to you, I will support you through the entire buying process. Remember: the seller's agent is not working for you! If a buyer comes along with no agent representative of their own, that buyers' agent commission is pocketed by the seller's agent upon sale as an added bonus to them, and you're on your own for the negotiations process. It is truly to your advantage to hire an experienced buyer's agent to represent your best interests in one of the biggest financial decisions you'll ever make, and negotiate on your behalf when finding your dream home. Is it really just 2% to sell? What does that cover?
Yes! Our 2% commission model includes both listing and selling fees. It is split equally between the buyer's real estate agent and the seller's real estate agent upon closing of a sale.
What are the hidden fees and upfront costs?
There are no hidden fees and no upfront costs payable to us. Just 2% of the sale price of the home, paid upon closing!
How are you able to charge less?
We are not a traditional brick and mortar real estate company. We are primarily a cloud-based brokerage. We use technology to our advantage and have built our own backend systems that allow us to drastically reduce our overhead. We also don't have the big fancy offices and the additional office staff requirements that our competition has to pay. All of those expenses are passed down to their clients, and we've built a business model and structure that has reduced or eliminated the majority of those expenses.
